Terms of Service

Last updated August 5, 2026

Welcome to Mindful Mother. By using our app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If any part is unclear, email us at hello@mindfulmother.app before continuing.

Using the Service

You may use Mindful Mother for personal, non-commercial purposes as long as you're at least 13 years old (and if under 18, with parental consent). You agree not to:

Not medical or mental health advice

Mindful Mother provides guided meditations and reflective content — it is not a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or a mental health crisis, please contact your healthcare provider, call 911, or reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Our content is meant to support your journey, not replace professional care.

Beta program

If you're a beta tester, you understand that:

Content and intellectual property

All meditations, audio, artwork, brand assets, and written content on Mindful Mother are owned by us (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may listen for personal use only.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us may be used to improve the Service without additional compensation or credit to you.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, email us immediately so we can help.

Subscriptions and pricing

The Service may include free and paid features. During the beta, access is free for approved beta testers. When paid subscriptions begin, pricing and terms will be clearly shown at signup. You may cancel any subscription at any time through your account settings.

Ending your use

You may stop using Mindful Mother at any time by deleting your account (email us to do this). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from bugs, or specific results from using our meditations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mindful Mother is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
